Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the objectives and activities of the association. Once accepted and receipted, donations are ordinarily non-refundable.
Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
A request concerning a duplicate transaction or demonstrable payment error should be submitted promptly with transaction evidence. Any refund will be subject to verification, applicable banking charges and approval under the association’s financial controls.
Event and Membership Fees
Cancellation and refund terms for an event, membership category or sponsored activity will be communicated with the relevant programme. Where no special terms are stated, fees are ordinarily non-refundable after confirmation.
