Bangabasi – North Hyderabad Bengali Association was established in 2026 to bring Bengali families and friends across North Hyderabad together through culture, community service and shared traditions.
Our Purpose
- Preserve and promote Bengali language, literature, music, dance, art and traditions.
- Organise cultural, religious and community programmes.
- Create a welcoming platform for families, children, senior citizens and young members.
- Undertake charitable, educational and social-welfare initiatives.
- Build connections between the Bengali community and the wider society of Telangana.

To build an inclusive, respected and enduring institution that celebrates Bengali heritage while contributing positively to North Hyderabad and Telangana.
Governance
The association is governed in accordance with its registered Memorandum of Association, Bye-Laws and resolutions passed by its General Body and Executive Committee.
